Not everyone can drop everything to sit at a glass shop, especially with a windshield that's unsafe to drive on. That's the whole point of our mobile service: we load the glass and the tools into the van and come to wherever your car is — your driveway in Midwood, the office parking lot in Sunset Park, the curb outside your building in Bay Ridge. You go about your day, and we do the same job we'd do in the shop, right there where you're parked.
A couple of honest caveats, because we'd rather set expectations than surprise you. Mobile work needs a safe, reasonably level spot and cooperating weather — urethane doesn't cure well in a downpour or a deep freeze. And some newer cars require camera recalibration that's best done with shop equipment. When that's the case, we'll say so up front and figure out the right plan, whether that's coming to you for the glass and handling calibration after, or just having you come in.

Not much — mainly a safe, fairly level place to park where our tech has room to work around the car, like a driveway, a quiet stretch of curb, or a parking lot. Reasonable weather helps too, since fresh urethane doesn't like heavy rain or hard cold. If the spot won't work, we'll suggest an alternative.
For many jobs around our regular Brooklyn service area, mobile service is priced the same as coming into the shop. Longer trips outside the immediate area may carry a small travel charge, but we'll always tell you that up front — no surprises on the final bill is something our customers count on.
