Jamaica is a transport hub before it is anything else. Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue meet at the LIRR and subway complex that feeds the AirTrain, and the traffic around that intersection reflects it. Jamaica Avenue carries the shopping under the elevated J and Z line, Hillside Avenue runs parallel to the north, and Liberty Avenue takes traffic south. The Van Wyck Expressway cuts through on its way to the airport, and the Grand Central Parkway crosses the northern side. Between those corridors the residential blocks vary widely, from apartment buildings with no off-street parking to streets of houses with driveways, so what mobile service can do here really does depend on the specific address. We ask about the parking before anything is booked, because it changes what the tech can actually do when he gets there.

Airport traffic drives a lot of it. None of it is unusual, but it adds up quickly on a car that lives here.
Driving in, the usual route is the Van Wyck Expressway south to the Belt Parkway, then west along the shore past Howard Beach and Canarsie, coming off at Bay Parkway and running up to 47th Street, where we are between 19th and 20th Avenue. It is a real journey, so call first and we will have your glass unwrapped and waiting.
