Mobile service is how most Flatbush jobs get done, because the car keeps its parking space and nobody drives twenty minutes with a broken window. Jobs run one to two hours on site, priced the same as in the bay: $60 to $150 for a repairable chip, $250 to $450 for a windshield.

In a neighborhood where a legal parking space has real value and driveways are rare, mobile glass is not a luxury. Giving up a spot to drive to a shop and then hunting for another one that evening is a genuine cost, and for a car that cannot safely be driven at all it is not even an option. So the van comes to your block, and the car stays where it is.
What the tech needs is a working space around the vehicle, ground close to level, and conditions that let adhesive cure. Beyond that the job is the same as bay work in every respect: glass identified from the VIN, aperture cleaned and primed, fresh urethane, full safe drive-away time observed before the car is used, interior vacuumed, and the same lifetime workmanship warranty. Chip repairs and side glass are much less weather-dependent, so those can go ahead on days when we would rather move a windshield replacement to the following morning. Everything else about the visit, the glass, the adhesive and the guarantee, is unchanged. We would rather reschedule a day than fit a windshield in conditions that will not let it bond properly, and that policy has not cost us a customer yet.
“Thx I really appreciate it when to replace my window shield and perfect time and clean 👌”

The practical constraint in Flatbush is the street itself. Blocks close to the main corridors are busy enough that a tech would be working within a foot of moving traffic, which is not something we will do. What usually solves it is moving the car one or two streets in from the avenue to a quieter residential block for the appointment, and that is worth arranging when you book rather than discovering on the day. Tell us the cross streets and how tight the block is and we will tell you straight away whether it works. Where a building has a shared driveway or a small lot behind it, that is better again, particularly for a windshield where the tech needs to stand at the front of the car.
Same service, same price, other Brooklyn neighborhoods:
For a windshield we will move the appointment, because urethane will not reach proper strength in heavy rain and a compromised bond is not something to discover later. For a chip repair or a side window, rain is much less of an obstacle and we can usually go ahead. We will call you rather than simply not turning up.
Not the whole time, but we do need access to the car and the keys, and someone to confirm the job at the start and check it at the end. Most people hand over the keys, go back inside and come out when we call. What we cannot do is start work on a locked car and hope somebody appears later.
Tell us the vehicle and the glass that's damaged — you'll see your price instantly, and we'll hold it for you.
